Passionate about plant-based food, the environment, and sustainability almost as much as about Star Wars, science fiction, and storytelling, I decided to combine these seemingly incongruous elements to introduce you to Kai.

Each new post brings you a chapter of her adventures across the stars along with a recipe from within the story. We'll be travelling across the galaxy, hearing whispers of familiar characters and discovering delicious plant-based recipes along the way.

For all recipes, I encourage everyone to use organic, fair trade, seasonal, and local products as much as possible. We make choices as consumers every day. What better way to let fellow humans, animals, and our beloved planet know that we care for them than by making the friendliest food choices. Each of us has the power and responsibility to change the world.

This is a fan blog born out of my imagination, my deep appreciation and love of the Star Wars universe. It is not an official publication recognised or endorsed by Star Wars, Lucasfilm, Disney or any of their licenses.
